Rich Rivera, Renew & Redesign Consulting, builds organizational capacity to fulfill mission and goals through leadership development, race equity training and coaching, strategic planning, executive coaching and organizational transition/ change management. Rich has been facilitating participatory strategic dialogues for over 20 years, bringing together unlikely allies to co-create more life affirming stories for their communities and organizations.

Recent consulting highlights include facilitating: race equity conversations for the New York Community Trust Leadership Fellows Program and the co-lab at NYU Wagner School of Public Service; racial equity awareness-to-action conversations for Good Shepherd Services, Phipps Neighborhoods and Women Against Abuse; collaborative community conversations on family/child well-being, race equity and collective impact for Bushwick Community Partnership; and, organizational change/strategy development processes for large institutions including Montefiore and Bellevue Hospitals, Verizon, Big Brother and Big Sisters National, and the Hispanic Federation. Rich is a global steward of the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter and serves on the Circle Way board. He received his M.S.W. degree from Columbia University, School of Social Work.
